Virtual Interior Design Service Agreement
1. Parties:
This Agreement is entered into between Salon and Sisters Ltd ("Designer") and ("Client").
2. Services:
Designer agrees to provide virtual interior design services for salons and clinics, including 3D rendering, a full shopping list, and a basic floor plans.
3. Project Timeline:
The typical project duration is approximately 4 weeks, subject to the size and complexity of the salon or clinic. All such dates shall be approximate only and the Designer cannot be held responsible for any delay in completion.
4. Client Collaboration:
The Client agrees to participate in an initial consultation, provide accurate measurements in millimeters, and communicate project goals and preferences.
5. Pricing and Payments:

b. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot for the confirmed date, with the remaining 50% due before the final deliverables.
6. Revisions and Additional Services:
One change is included in the project cost. Additional changes, site visits, and project management services incur extra charges.
7. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for accurate room measurements. The Client must obtain necessary approvals and permits for structural work.
8. Confidentiality and Sharing:
a. Clients may specify whether the project is confidential.
b. Designer may share project details on social media unless otherwise specified by the Client.
9. Variation in Rendered Images and Options:
a. The Client acknowledges that some items in the rendered images may slightly differ from those on the shopping list due to availability or other factors. Due care will always be made to ensure the products will create the same style and look as those in the renders.
b. Designer will provide options for certain furniture pieces at different price points, allowing the Client to choose items that align with their budget.
c. Designer is not liable for any issues regarding the products recommended where reasonable due care and attention has been made to source said items.
10. Warranty and Guarantees:
No warranties or guarantees are provided by the Designer.
11. Intellectual Property:
a. 3D render images may be shared by the Client on social media.
b. Third-party use (e.g., magazines) requires Client notification and Designer credit.
12. Floor Plans and Measurements:
a. The floor plans provided by the Designer are based on the measurements supplied by the Client during the initial consultation.
b. The Client acknowledges that these measurements may not be 100% accurate due to variations in interpretation and equipment limitations.
c. Prior to purchasing furniture from the shopping list, it is crucial that the Client, in collaboration with their builders or contractors, tapes out larger furniture items and stud walls within the physical space to ensure accurate placement and fit.
d. The Client holds the responsibility for verifying all measurements and ensuring the suitability of the proposed furniture within the actual salon or clinic space.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
b. The final balance is also non-refundable.
14. Client Satisfaction:
Designer will strive to ensure client satisfaction based on provided inspiration images.
15. Project Delivery:
The final project, including images and shopping lists, will be delivered via email in a PDF document. Project closure occurs upon the Client's confirmation of satisfaction.
